Musical Tribute to David Bowie (Much Better than Lady Gaga’s)

David Bowie died over a month ago, but it wasn’t until recently I happened to come across this tribute to him that was performed in Ontario just a week after his death. I think it’s considerably more low-keyed and tasteful than Lady Gaga’s rather silly performance at the Grammy’s a couple of nights ago (in which she appeared with layers of pancake makeup and a hologram of a spider crawling across her face), which apparently did not impress David Bowie’s son either, whose response to the whole garish display simply was to tweet the definition of the word “gaga.”

“overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.”

This is a little different from the sort of thing I normally post. Hope you enjoy it. It’s a great tribute to a great artist:
