Turns out that the two buildings housing the central headquarters for the White Helmets and Al-Nusra were located adjacent to each other in Eastern Aleppo–and that both were just a short walk from the M10 hospital, a facility formerly pronounced “destroyed” by the mainstream media (though it is in fact still standing, as the video shows).

[ Ed.note – The US has “blood on its hands,” said Major Gen. Igor Konashenkov in a statement regarding the shelling by militants of a Russian field hospital in Western Aleppo. The shelling took place on Monday. I put up a post on it at the time. What we have here from Konashenkov (in the video above) is an unusually strong statement, perhaps in a manner of speaking shocking almost–given that Konashenkov is the official media spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Defense…meaning it’s now the official position of the Russian government that the US assisted the militants by giving them the hospital’s coordinates. ]

Yesterday a Russian mobile hospital was hit by shelling literally just days after it was set up to provide assistance to civilians in Aleppo. The attack killed one nurse on the spot and wounded a doctor, and another nurse, as well as a number of civilians receiving treatment. The second nurse later succumbed to her injuries.
Russians have laid the blame for the attack squarely at the feet of the US, Great Britain and France. Russian Minister of Defense in an emotional and direct statement accused the United States of both providing the rebels with the coordinates of the Russian hospital as well as providing the weapons with which it was hit
[ Ed. note – Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin reportedly held their first phone conversation today. According to the Kremlin, the two discussed “uniting efforts in the fight with the common enemy number one – international terrorism and extremism.” The two reportedly did discuss specifically the situation in Syria. In the following article, Finian Cunningham speculates that those who’ve been pushing for regime change in Syria are probably not too happy with the election results and may now be seeking to eliminate incriminating evidence of their support for terrorists. ]
[ Ed. note – Some pretty appalling developments in the last 24-48 hours. The Russian embassy in Damascus has been shelled, apparently by Al-Nusra, which, for all practical purposes, is a US-proxy. No one was injured, but it kind of echoes John Kirby’s comment about sending Russian troops home in “body bags.”
[Ed. note – As I commented in a post put up yesterday, the propaganda over the Nobel-prize-nominated White Helmets is getting hot and heavy. The video above and the article below are a couple of attempts to slice through some of the B.S. ]
[ Ed. note – If we assume, just for the sake of argument, that 9/11 really was carried out by an Islamic terror organization known as Al-Qaeda, it is ironic beyond belief that today, 15 years later on the anniversary of that event, we have a correspondent for a major American TV network referring to Al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria as “heroes.” I wonder–what do the 9/11 families think of Clarissa Ward? Do they watch CNN? What goes through their minds when they hear something like this?
